65FB, I think. As I recall, PCGS is tough on Mercs.

MS65 I'm not sure this one has sharp enough separation on the bands to go FB, but it's really close.

MS-65, center bands look weak on the right side so most likely not FB.

If that's a nick under the eye it would definetely keep it out of 66 catagory. I'll go with 65. It's really close to FB but could go either way. To me it looks like it

I'll say 64FB. Don't think it's FSB.

Luster in-hand is that of a 65-66. Strike is that of a 64-65. It's FB in hand, but juuuuuuust barely. Slabbed 64FB.

A righteous grade, in a righteous slab. Well-bought.

Couple of light scratches on the rev., small darker patched don't help.
One problem: Are those scratches on the slab?
Perhaps the grader with a 10x standard glass may have missed the scratches.
I think 'not quite' MS64. If those scratches are on the slab, then 64.
As you may have guessed, I don't necessarily agree with the graders, either pessimistically or optimistically. We are reasonably close here.
