It might have been posted here but did anyone read the story about the guy who bought a car with like $25,000 in silver quarters? He flew to get it and talks about taking the bag of quarters through security. lol

If they don't sell here I would suggest ebay, with free shipping. Every silver dollar I see seems to bring at least $25 and after fees and postage you should still clear over $20 for each.

It's a chore to list, package and mail all that stuff, need to figure that in, much easier to sell it as a lot to one person.

And don't forget craig's list, lots of preppers buying silver but be sure to meet in a public place.

Rick

Thanks for the suggestions. Will try to upload pictures tonight. How do you add them to the discussion? I've been on here for some time, but still finding it difficult to add pictures to discussions. The setting needed for pictures makes it kind of difficult.

Sorry everyone for pics delays. I'll try tomorrow. Things have gotten better for me, but I still am going to try and sell them in order to go into business for myself. I would rather they went to a collector than to a store.

Sorry everyone. I'm thinking of holding onto the collection for now. I have another method of gaining some funds. I'm selling my model train collection to my father. That way I can keep the coins. If I have to pick on which ones to keep, I would say coins.
