That's cool! Never saw one like that before but I do have a US dollar folded into a Hawaiian Shirt. Picked it up in Kuwait of all places.

This thread (an old thread!) Made me go dig this out. My grandma made this for me back in the '80s :) She is no longer with us so I will treasure it forever. I have always wanted to take it apart and check the serial numbers though...

wow, what a nice memory. Thank you for posting this. wondering how long it took her to do this? Is it really $ 5 only?

One bill for the collar. One for each side of the shirt. One for the button strip down the middle. And one for the 2 cuffs. It usually took her a couple of hours to make one. She would sell them for $10 at the craft fair and donate the $5 profit to charity. Along with everything else she made and donated. Sweet lady :)
