I see chatter on her cheek & neck, some hard hits on the Eagles lower right wing (viewer's left). With that said MS^@ maybe MS63. It is a very nice piece.

62. I'm also wondering, why have I never seen an MS61 marked slab? I see BU then 62 and never inbetween.

Also wondering why this coin was graded. 1885 O is a common date and getting it slabbed isn't justified unless you expect to get 65 or higher? Or am I missing something?

Not sure, Geohoarder. I bought this as is a little while back at a decent price.

Looks solid MS62 to me, with a chance at 63.

MS-62, although I wouldn't be surprised to see a 63 holder.

My initial thought was MS62. There is just too much chatter for a 63 in my opinion

Hi friends!, I have two 1885 silver Morgan dollars, one from New Orleans and the other from Philadelphia, if I post a picture of my New Orleans one, that it's in great condition, will you help me to grade it?, I am a new member but I have some old coins and I always love them, they brought me to this great forum, thanks.
