If you were posting pictures itd basically be to ask for help grading it or because you wanted too. Ask long as you make sure the picture isn't Geotagged or giving away where you live theres not really a right or wrong answer to your question.

For that year out of over 5,000 graded PCGS only has 2 MS 68, 42 MS 67, and 226 MS 66 for what its worth.

ok, so here they are. I opened the holder ever so carefully and took the pictures and then screwed it back shut, ididnt notice until AFTER I took the pictures that it got some dust on it. The white spots are dust. The back is flawless, the front has a scratch down by her hair, there are 2 small rubs on her nose and a minor light scuff in front of her nose. lets see what you think?

the sucker is seriously locked up behind alarms and in a TL30, I am not worried about that, I was more curious if making it publicly known harmed the value

I cannot comment on grade but posting the pictures should not harm any value.

Looks like a proof more than a business strike.
If it were mine I'd have it slabbed just for the peace of mind.
(I'm VERY pro slab for better coins.)

It does look like a coin worth submitting for grading. If it's been polished, someone did a super job of it. It could be a proof.

Ehhhh those images... You make the surfaces look proofish, but the strike doesn't look proof... cleaned.

I promise you it has not been cleaned, I have been drooling over it through the microscope for days. my picture quality I know is hard to determine its original luster but I will re take the photos and enhance the contrast and lower the glare

Yeah, less glare would be great. Take it out in the sunlight on a nice cloudy day for ideal pictures. At any rate, the tics and scratches on the face will keep it to at least a 6... and that would be a touch generous imho.

Still thinking it's been polished or something, though... no offense. I'll wait off on better pics before saying for sure one way or the other.

Looks like a 65, but that haze has me worried that it has no luster. Hopefully it's just the picture.

Though the pictures are very hard to grade from, I think I can make out enough marks on the jaw and the fields that I think a 67 or 68 would be unlikely. A 66 could be possible but my feeling is it's more likely to be in the 64 or 65 area if it grades problem free. Best of luck!

This is out of my area of expertise, but it's an interesting thread.

Good Luck with the Submission, and to CCF

Any more than a single light source helps to hide nicks and scratches.
