Even in that condition they aren't worth a whole lot. If it were me, I'd leave them in the tubes and forget about them for maybe 20 years or so. Anyway, a cool find.

LOL Aslan. Maybe I shouldn't have mentioned the bank was inside a Walmart. But maybe I will go to that bank more often, maybe that's where the " Walmart people" sell off their coin collections to buy cheap Chinese stuff.

Thanks , Jardins and Justin. It was a cool find. I did do a quick look at all the dates under a maginfying glass looking for a doubled date, even though only 25 of them exist. Still worth checking for a potentially $25,000 coin. But sadly, no, there were no DDO in there. I'm guessing the previous collector checked off he was smart anyways.

But in mint state, it is still one of the best Lincoln Memorials out there. Maybe I'll just stash them away as suggested or do a trade at my coin shop.

By the way, my Coin Pro shows them at roughly 35 cents each in value, and my PCGS guide shows $15 for an MS65. While not MS65, they are all AU, like new pennies, without any marks. What do you guys think they are worth each?

Maybe put then in flips and set them out a few at a time at the coin shop for a buck each?

The '84-D roll bids $11.

It would be a lot higher but most of them are a corroded mess.

' Walmart' do they have anything made in America anymore?

Yes, if you dig a little. I bought a floor standing fan from there a couple of weeks ago that was made in America.

You have very little invested in them and they don't take up much space.....
I'd save them for a while.

Great find.
