Yes. I buy things with no keys and no combos because they are cheap.
But, Travel cost to here would eat a hole in your wallet.

Don't offer to sell before it's open.
the place I use would have a buyer by the time it's open.

Neat safe!
10 to 15 years ago my grandfather bought a really large antique safe at a farm auction and they had to use an excavator to load it on his trailer. Originally it was out of an old hardware store out in a nearby town and was several thousand pounds empty. He lowered downing some steps into his basement with a tractor and that is where it will likely stay since I have zero ideas on how you would ever get it out short of demolishing the house. I don't think he keeps much in it other than wheat cents and the like but it is really neat and has many wooden drawers and compartments inside.

I would put it on my bucket list
What is life without hobbies and challenges. I would study and buy books on safe cracking and consider it a life's challange to crack that safe before I die.

I wonder what it would be worth with a working lock/combination? I found lots of info on this company online, seems to be a good market for antique safes.

That is one cool piece of history. I think I would pay to find out whats inside before I sold it or,,,,, tape a couple of seed coins on either end and sell it on ebay as an unopened - unsearched safe.

There's two similar, with prices, working, locally. In my travels this week I will make sure to take a pic and post the "asking" price.
I sold a very similar but larger safe recently for $350 working with keys to the lockable drawers inside. It was posted in another thread. 28"x28"x34" or so

Got a quote from an online collector in FL. - about $7/800 in working condition & combination. Design is still nice on it @ least, two people can pick it up (not terribly easily tho).

From here it looks like a R36-L19-R04 combination.

Spin the dial counter clockwise 3 times around. Counter clockwise to the first number Clockwise past the second number twice and stop on it the third time Counter clockwise past the third number once and stop on it the second time Clockwise until the dial locks, turn handle, open door.

That method works if you know the three numbers. If you don't know the numbers you'll still need to know the method for trying a combination.
Zookr, send me an email before you buy a stethoscope. There might be an easier way ;)
I tried to send you an email but you don't have it turned on in your profile.

Have you looked underneath it? Sometimes people tape the combinations to the bottom or tape an envelope to the bottom..... I only mention this because its looks like a piece of cake to pick it up and tip it over.
