Regarding the allegations that coinsaus and Derro are alt-IDs for the APCGS troll, we can see no evidence for it from our end, apart from circumstantial. If they are trolls, then they've certainly learned a lot about how to hide their trollishness since APCGS/investego/Aussiegrading first struck here in 2011. There is certainly nothing worth banning either of them for, yet, though it is certainly suspicious that they are the only two people on this forum with good words to say for this so-called " TPG". I would also point out that our two alleged troll-clones are misusing the word "there" differently; one means to say "they're", the other should be "their".

That being said, I should point out that APCGS is already on very thin ice with the CCF admins due to their earlier efforts at spam-advertising and if it proves that they are indeed spamming the forum we will ensure that their brand name is never mentioned on CCF again. Ask the people at (124) Not Allowed - Auto-Removed and you will discover that this is no idle threat. Even a moderator can't mention them without being auto-redacted.

APCGS have gotten off on the very, very wrong foot here on CCF with both the forum admins and the general Australian membership and it is up to them to seriously lift their game in the fashion which markn has outlined if they wish to make amends. I'm a softie and a little bit of repentance goes a long way with me; I'm always prepared to give people another chance to prove themselves.

What the ? lol I got no idea who coinaus is and don't really care I have just put this up on the forum to get peoples opinions on this coin. You need to get your facts right before you start shooting your mouth off mate. I am a hobby collector that enjoys it plain and simple and I don't give a crap about apcgs or pcgs either. If this is the way I'm going to get treated for coming on these forums and expressing my personal opinion then those members are nothing more than morons. On that note I never realised apcgs had such a bad reputation and will be steering away from using them in the future hence I have no affiliation with them and don't care about them. If I do a typo on a word that doesn't mean we are the same person why would I put up information saying that apcgs never picked up cleaned coins and pcgs did ? surely that is bad publicity for apcgs so get your facts right before you try to slander someone. I am a novice colletor and always thought apcgs did a great job but after this forum I have gone and done some hard research and I will be using American pcgs all the way as I said earlier learning is what being a good collector is about and I have certainly learnt a lot from this forum and for that I say thank you to everyone that has contributed. Making crap up because you "think" it is correct is pathetic and ignorant.

SO you consider us all "Knobs" in the Aussie section by that statement
If you had ANY clue of the Highly expert and knowledgeable Australian numismatists you have just alienated yourself to with that sweeping statement, you would not have made it.

coinaus and Derro, sorry that you got caught up in anything to do with APCGS. The old hands here have had to deal with previous new posters who were spamming APCGS. Your tete-a-tete with each other in discussing that pile of dog poo slabber had a number of hallmarks of an infomercial.
Trout can be an opinionated SOB, Walter probably went to a posh private school and doesn't realise that plebs generally spell certain words with the same errors (crappy government schools), and Nealeffendi is just a plain obnoxious PITA.
If you two check out ebay listings for APCGS there are a small group using them and over half have shonky reputations and their listings often try to pass themselves off as APCGSand claim the coins are gem.
So stick around and don't mention APCGS and the guys will warm up and let hot words be forgotten.

I admire your spirit and tenacity and I would hate to waste that resource , So stick around and get used to the "6 way banter" because most of us flit from thread to thread sharing information and learning new things as we go.
