Initially there was only going to be 1 prize. Due to what I consider the huge response, I decided to give away 3 prizes. 1st prize has had some bonus items added & the 2 consolation prizes will be as per the original post, 23 1˘ pieces. Who knows, at a later date, I may even offer some to others who registered their interest, but it will be a little way down the track. If I had heaps of money, I'd send everyone a set, but I'd run out of 1985's, for some reason they're a bit scarce. So if you get an eMail from me out of the blue wanting your postal address, it'll just mean some unannounced giveaways are about to happen!        |

Congrats to the winners, 1985 were scarce because they only came out in Mint set (I think). Steve |

Hi Steve, According to my Maccas guide, there were 38.3 million 1˘ in 1985, and a Royal Aust Mint document that I came across recently shows 45.9 million, but there's not many of them to be had. I've got about 5 left, so any more giveaways won't include the '85 coin. The 86 is the one that was in a Mint Set only.

Thank you very much I got the coins today. they are great I have not had a chance to get a really good look at them since you package teh mso well. But I have looked at them thought the tape. thank they will go very nicely with all my other Australian coins. thank you very much.
