I read '1877' and I immediately examine the 'one' in one cents.
Genuine. (All have weak bottoms.)

I don't know much about grading IHC's so I'll let better numismatists speculate there. But I do have to say that it looks great! Nice even/honest wear.

Playing around with the image optimizer, I got a better pic
showing what's left of liberty (not much). And yes, it is off center a tad Matthew. Character I guess.
