I do spend a lot of GOOGLE (ing) for IKEs

Wish I could answer. If I get a picture I just place it in my computer.

Maybe when I was looking at Armored Services. Or the FEDERAL RESERVE BANK stuff.

With all respect to Tellers, Head Tellers, Branch Bank Managers, sometimes it is beyond silly their knowledge level on ORDERING COINS

Last boo-boo I got yesterday, was a head teller sending me a link to the MINT

The picture below is either of the FRB or from a 3rd party ARMORED SERVICE

In real nice condition, frame and keep at least one of each maybe 2. Then you can have a collection and possibly sell some.

Jprine- does it get exhausting searching through all those Ikes? Just curious.

Earth Morgan-it does at times, especially when you find nothing of significance. But when you come across a fev, talon head, etched it is pretty exciting. My real problem now is what to do with all these Ike's.

STAFF: This is a copy and paste from another CCF thread. If I have violated any rules, please void this. There are more than one IKE threads on acquisition of $1,000 BAGs of IKEs

UP-DATE

When to my bank this morning, only to do some regular "stuff."

Did not even ask about Ike dollars.

Branch Manager saw-knew-was-informed that I was in the bank. When I started to leave the person who was helping me said: please go the the office of Ms. Bank Manager.

After a little wait, she came and started talking about getting a fresh bag of IKEs.

Told me that "something" has changed."

In the past we were able to get $7,000 (7 BAGS)

We agreed the the "CI" (BRINKS) was the basic problem.

IKEs are a SPECIAL ORDER from the CI (BRINKS) <==========

I made some proposals.

Now just waiting to see if anything goes forward.

Updated 12-21-14. Nothing of real interest in this bag except multiple machine damaged coins. This should do it till the next bag!

Very nice!

Do you still want the OP updated, or left as is to represent the original project?
