VF-35, although the reverse on it's own is easily and EF-40 I think.

I think NGC says EF45 on this one, and that it grades clean I'll bet too, no detail grade.

I think it's an EF40 IMO, but NGC is usually generous on these 20¢ coins, so that is why I'm bumping my guess as to their grade call up to the next grade.
