They guy said he had shopped them around and the best offer he had gotten was $175. I would have offered $350 for this lot, but he named his price before I could make an offer so I took it. The 2 Franklins in the first pic were covered with PVC. I soaked them for about a hour before taking the pics. I have to put them back in for a while when I get back home from work as they still feel a little sticky.  |

That is most certainly a great score, congratulations! Some of those Morgans look AU or even uncirculated, particularly the 1898!

The first three Morgans pictured on the top row, possibly the fourth too, appear to be either (most likely) low MS or high AU. Great deal, congrats!

I am hoping he tells his freinds. I talked with the guy again yesterday From what he told me I am paying more than anyone else in town. He has some brown, blue, and red seal notes he wants to sell also, and from what he tells me I pay more than anyone else in town.
