I see nothing that screams cleaned at me. Lightly circulated with some heavy hits, but cleaned? Cant say for sure.

Yeah, I can't really tell based on those photos. All of the luster appears to be gone, but this could just be from circulation. Can't say for sure.

I don't see anything that screams cleaned either but cleaning detection is difficult and often people judge a coin to be cleaned that hasn't been because of issues can that occur other ways.

I believe it has been. The coloring around the "E Pluribus Unum" and "USoA" is an indicator

I am not saying earlier that it is always hard to tell if a coin has been cleaned. There are coins where it was obvious like little scratches, or an unnatural color like coppers that are orange, or coins with no luster that are really shiny like they have been polished.
