A worthy bump if I ever read one.

As, I believe, I have already mentioned in this thread before, I regularly have coin stuff in my dreams.
Usually it's just buying some cool exotic coins from bargain bins (and every so often the coins are weird ancients that I couldn't attribute even within the dream).
Occasionally it's more unusual; one dream (from several years ago) had me walking around a museum made from an old 18th century palace, and getting a pick of the assorted crown jewels sorted in convenient bins. One particular bin was full of 19th century coins (however they got there), including a bunch of 55 kopek copper pieces several inches across (I got a type set of those, of course).
Sometimes, though, it gets even weirder...
...Specifically, a few years back, when I was regularly researching for the "odd denominations" thread, one of my dreams involved an online catalogue of some kind of rare rectangular 17th and 18th century silver coins (bars?) with elaborate detailed denominations in multiple systems (mostly involving three-digit numbers).
When I woke up, I actually was a bit sad that those unusual "coins" probably didn't exist in reality.
(I don't think I've dreamed about 17th century Soviet coinage again, however. Nor do I recall dreaming about any future-dated coins recently.)

I've never dreamt about coins, but I imagine a nightmare would to be trapped inside a coin roll with a semi-key Lincoln on either end with the descriptor "Who knows what else might be inside?"

Strangely, in my dream last night, I was at a train station in Greece with a lady friend and we got there only just before our train was due. I bought the tickets and got two bright uncirculated 2018 Greek 1-eurocent coins and a new commemorative €2 coin in change, which I folded the tickets around carefully so I wouldn't get fingerprints on them. We jumped on the train and had to walk through several coaches to find two seats together. When I got a chance to look at the €2 coin, it was a colorized one dated 2020 commemorating the opening of a new airport!

What airports in Europe are currently under construction, or are having a major re build with new terminals?

I had a classic dream last night... I was driving somewhere in the Western USA, possibly Arizona or Nevada. I came across a derelict shotgun shack in the middle of nowhere, and stopped to have a look around. In the back yard was an old wooden box, about 18 inches square, with a mouldy old black coat stuffed into it. I pulled out the coat and the bottom third or so of the box was full of lustrous Morgan dollars! I heaved the box over to my car and drove away to a quiet spot where I started sorting through the coins... Then I woke up!

I had another numismatic dream last night! I was sorting through a box of old photos and other memorabilia that I'd either bought in a sale or inherited from a relative. When I got to the bottom I found a 1937 Edward VIII brass threepence!

Funny one last night. I was at home preparing for a trip to South Africa. A very beautiful former co-worker was with me. I checked through my coin duplicates and found a small bag of South African coins left over from a previous trip. Looking through them, I found a small, cupro-nickel 25-cent coin, dated 1955, with the crowned portrait of young Queen Elizabeth II on it. It bore no relation at all to current or former coins used in South Africa. I showed it to my co-worker, and she confirmed that it was still legal tender over there...
