Yeah I really liked those Schoolhouse Rock cartoons back then. Some of them were quite good and I still remember them to this day.

this is how I learned my multiplication tables in third grade, which was unbelievably nine years ago. I still have the complete set of DVD's. (I am a senior in high school now if you need to be able to date my school experience)

I have a set too, but on VHS. We got them for my nephew back when he was three of four. He's 24 now.

My favorite was "I'm just a bill".

History channel had a rerun on earlier of Factory Made or one of those type of shows, that showed how the State Quarters were made, and did a better job without the cartoon characters.

Never ever confuse the Conspiracy History Channel with the Science Channel.

Owned by the same people, Disney (I think Disney owns all those now?). Thus why Modern Marvels on H2 often has very similar things like the making of coins with the same "host" doing the voice over.

Just brought up Schoolhouse Rock with the boy (15 years old) and he actually started singing:

"I'm just a bill..."

I'm pretty certain everyone in Canada watching Saturday TV at that time knows all about how US bills become laws.

I'm enjoying these videos too.
