Nobody has mentioned that the seller wants $195 + S/H for this graded piece of metal.

Conder, going by that logic, I can start applying grades to everything. I should go back and label all my knives as MS 68 or better.

You can make an argument for them authenticating this fragment and slabbing it. But to assign it a grade like that? That is a joke.

That one is from NGC not PCGS. Well at least NGC didn't assign a grade.

You don't have to apologize; you discovered another TPG doing the same mess that PCGS. Great contribution.

At least the NGC certified you can clearly see the image of Lincoln and the 19 of the date.

I'm an anti slabber UK collector but I understand Wings now give a gold sticker to TPG coins that they believe have been graded correctly.
I cannot believe it has come to this.
All these idiots need lining up and I shall provide a 20lb cod and give them all a slap around the chops.I feel I will need a few cod.

That's for World Coins. For US coins we have our own equivalent. CAC gives both Green Stickers (For Correctly graded coins) and Gold Stickers (For Undergraded coins). All in their opinion ofcourse and biased based on who owns the coin(s).

Where will this all end.
If everyone bought a coin and not the slab.
Just saying.

In our beloved CCF there is a oxymoron dichotomy.

RAW vs. SLABBED

(IF) you have a RAW MS101 Morgan, you will never be running with the TOP TPG w/CAC

I knew exactly what listing this was going to be as soon as I read the thread title.

Came across it last night, as I regularly check this sellers listings. I like his stuff very much, but this one also made me scratch my head.

Oh but why bother with a coin when you can have plastic slab and a STICKER!
