As a "newbie", I just would like to say that this is the best site because of the people with knowledge who are willing to share! I can't wait each morning to read the new posts/responses...like Christmas everyday.

Definitely worth a first post! Will you take $100 each set?

Coinsarecool: good point if one does not have the Charlton Vol 2 to check this information.

Zonad: it might take a while before I take your offer. I really want to know if the 2003P non-mag will match the 2005P non-mag madness.

I think only one has sold so far. It sold after the $20,000 2005P sales and also after the 2005Ps started to come out of the woodwork. So it went for around $2000 in a pretty quiet auction.

As far as I know yours is the second. People will be nervous after the 2005P action so it may take a while for the price to settle. But I think $2000 to $4000 is realistic, at least for now.

Hi, I am just reading this thred. 2005p & 2003p, both non-mag? This spring one 2005p sold for $19,000 and change, the second sold for $20,308. Am I understanding that since that auction, 2005p's (non-mag) have been coming out as did the 2006. How many 2003p's (non-mag) been found or should say, been reported, anybody know?

@ Smallcentguy...Do you have the most recent Pop Reports on the 2005P and 2006P Non Magnetics?

I haven't seen any of the 2006's at any of the auctions unlike the 2005P non magnetic.

I didn't buy the ICCS report this year. Sorry.

There hasn't been a 2006P non-mag in a major auction in quite a few years, if ever, as far as I know. One was offered on ebay about 6 months ago....did not sell....never relisted. Maybe it was sold privately.

There is I think a 2006P non-may NBU for sale now on ebay at a stupid price.

I understand about the 2006, I have never known then to hit the auction but the did expereince a value hit when a few more showed up. I'm not sure what the Pop Reprot is it the ICCS Report?.My question is really about the 2003. I would like to know if many have shown up, and if there is any info on them at all.
Thanks in advance for your answers.

I highly doubt he follows a 5 year old thread...

Greetings Goodfind; I still have the BU set in my safe and not I am not in a hurry to sell. The Trends section of the Canadian Coin News has an entry for this variety/error under "Modern small cent". A graded MS-65 NBU is priced at $2 000. Since I do not purchase population reports from TPPG, I do not have more information on the scarcity of this coin. Quite happy to drool over the protective cover the set is stored under. Graval
