AU-58. I see some wear on the lower portion of the wings and on the cap, wouldn't be surprised if this was just pics and that the coin graded MS.

That coin is better than the one I have in my 7070.
Based on the sellers pictures .. that can be completely
different that what the coin looks like in hand.
Obverse - I see rub/wear on cap, leaves and hair.
Reverse- Rub/wear on eagles head.
From these pics .. I would be at AU 53/55
For some reason .. I feel PCGS might give this coin a AU details grade.
I hope that that pictures are not as good as what the coin looks like in hand.

Some people can take magnificent images (Phil @ PCGS) while others...not so good. I am hoping that this one is a keeper. If so I will be sending it to Phil for imaging along with a few others. CAC seems to have liked it at AU55.  I believe that I am seeing the TDR characteristics in the lettering, especially HALF DOLLAR, similarly to my previous TDR FS-801  ; (same seller type image of my old coin NGC AU53)  (PCGS TrueView version of my old coin PCGS AU55)  I was not looking for another TDR, but if this happens to be...bonus.
