It'd be easier to tell if it wasn't in that 2x2, and the photos were a bit sharper.

I cannot tell whether what appears to be wear on the eagle's breast and Liberty's hair is actual wear or just the quality of the pictures.

If it is wear, AU58. If it's just the pictures, MS63 or 62
