I think they are just trying to sell as much as they can before the end of the year. I also think the lift of the house limit won't change the way this set has been selling

I think it will affect the clad set acutely...those suckers will be gone in a couple of weeks (if that long)
Edited to add: actually the BO status might hamper sales a tad but they still will sell out soon.

I just received an e-mail from the Mint announcing the household limit being lifted from the K13 set (50th Anniversary Kennedy 2014 Half-Dollar Silver Coin Collection).
