Quote: That being said, I do not know that I could bring myself to risk that gold proof. I do not have that problem. Not having a gold proof negates having to make that decision. But speaking hypothetically, I think the presentation of the gold proof would give me pause. It is a nice looking package.

I've got mine in an Eagle coin capsule page, cut to size and reholed to fit as a page in the new Dansco album (2012 -->). All coins stay in their OGP capsules or new airtites I put them in. I foresee taking the gold out to display in its wooden display case from time to time. Not thinking so much for displaying those silvers in that awkward blue folder thingy.

Might you have any pictures of this?

So glad I got the silver anniversary set. Beautiful coins. Wish I could afford one of the gold ones.

It was a long time coming for me until I was ready to pull the trigger on the gold; it was big investment for me. But it's beautiful and yes, the presentation box is awesome and I can see displaying it in that box at some point in the future. Quote: That being said, I do not know that I could bring myself to risk that gold proof. Now, I had no intention of risking anything. The coin, and it OGP capsule went straight into that (trimmed) plastic eagle page and I put THAT in the new Dansco for Kennedys between the two existing pages. No touchy the rare coiny!! The capsules kinda slid around in their spaces, so I was not totally happy. So, with my cotton gloves, I methodically cracked them out and put them into 2x2 plastic snap-tites. Now, they are in nice and snug, no worse for [no] wear. A little involved, but I want all my Kennedys together! Pictures to come, as requested.

People who pay exorbitant prices for coins have more money than you and I have and don't know what to do with it. As P.T. Barnum is credited with saying ...."A Fool and His Money are easy parted". I believe I quoted this correctly.
