I wonder if the issue of the savings card not being valid is because buyers are attempting to redeem them in addition to another offer - such as free shipping.

It seems from the T&C that you can use them for coins but cannot combine offers.

"Savings Cards can be redeemable for any purchase with TSC, excluding Gift Cards. Only one Savings Card can be redeemed per order. The Savings Card value includes all applicable taxes. Savings Cards cannot be combined with any other promotional incentive or discount upon redemption, have no cash value and cannot be converted to cash or used as payment towards the TSC Credit Card."

@CC-Ottawa:

Not in my case. I tried to buy a $70 silver coin with my $40 coupon (Animal Architect coin) so I wasn't even eligible for the free shipping promo.

Did anyone see the 5kg National Aboriginal Veterans Monument piece? It was stunning and also really good to see Bromberg wearing gloves right up until he took them off and then handled it again.

And he clashed a toonie against it.

Anyway, I was over that one but can't imagine how much money I would have to have before I would buy one.

Hey Guy's you may contact: Lisbeth@cdncoin.com. She handles the Coin Show with the Shopping Channel. So questions regarding taxes & coupons are to be directed to her. It's very unfair some people are able to redeem coupons or other discounts on coins, while others are unable.
I would mention any unused coupons, as people were expecting to use them on coins. I too only buy coins from the Shopping Channel. So any coupons I would get, are spent on coins only!

I'd like to hear the response people receive.
I had really hoped one of their Reps would come on the forum. I did extend an invite.

Yes I saw that 5kg coin and noticed Bromberg's gloves. I was shocked he was wearing them,it's the point I'd tuned in. It's a very stunning coin. I have the 2 Oz version of Canadian monuments coin. It's an incredible coin, but just not as stunning as it's larger counterpart. The details are exceptional. It's the one coin I'd apply my $40 discount to.

I saw the white gloves too handling the mega big 160 oz coin...
And after about 5 of them showing as sold he pulled the gloves off...which can only mean he was good to keep one for himself...that same one perhaps...gotta love him eh fellas...
I was screaming at the tv when he started pressing up a twoonie to the 5kg shiny beast...while still wearing the gloves...
Must be the studio light affecting his thinking at times...but again..gotta love him...

Well recived my 3 baseball coins from TSC today, I dont like all the advertising on the outside of the box, the postoffice workers might think I am a TSC addict or something lol.

But they did come in some nice canvas bags and there even was a return postage label inside the box, I am impressed.

I've got quite a collection of those bags myself. I think they're pretty cool! I buy coins I want when I can get a discount and not otherwise.
Please some pics of your new coins! Are you happy with them, some good prices.

At the price you paid for them, Northern, I think you hit a home run.

P.S. Your photos are very good. Coins are very difficult to shoot, but you made the ball players stand out.

Northern very nice photos, these coins could grow on a person for that price. Heck the RCM charges $70 for a 1/4 Oz silver coin. I didn't realize these coins were liscenced, nice little logo on them as well. I never noticed this either. This is the first time seeing the real coins and they aren't that bad. Your photos are clear enough I can read the COA's and learn info about each coin. Congrats on your purchase I'm sure you will enjoy them. It's an incredible discount from issue price!!
