I agree about the lack of detail on the eagle breast knocking it down to an AU although the rest of the coin looks pretty sharp. If that's just the picture and there really is detail in the breast feathers, then maybe a MS63.

Tough coin to grade I think some of the detail issues have to do with smudges on the slab
