It took a bit of researching with my coin database, but my answer is:

1785. I don't have any coins from that year, but I have at least one from every year after that. Plenty of coins older than that, too, of course.

Nohope and Spider, I'm not sure you understand the question properly... do you guys really have no dates missing between 44 BC and 2007?

Nope I guess I did not
I guess my answer should have been 2007 as I have date/ mintmark/ variety gaps in all my collections

If I had to have a coin from every year my date would probably be in the 1900 range (I can't check my Indian cents right now to see where the gap is). My oldest though is a 1866 3CN.

To be honest, I have no idea what I may have around. However, I am certain that I have nothing from 80's that comes to mind. I have samples of most modern coins up to 1978 (my birth year) but am pretty spotty after that until 1995 (the year I started collecting). I always mean to buy proof sets to fill in what I don't have but haven't yet.

That too is a tuff question. Did they really put BC on all coins back then? If not how would anyone know if they were missing a 27BC coin? HMMMM

well lets see, I have a bunch of 1878 Morgans, so I have to say 1879 would be the most recent coin that I don't own for my collection
