For the poster about the "broken stem" 1858. No, yours is not. Yours has a broken "vine" not stem, as do almost ALL 1858 large cents. Firts you look for a coin with a "full vine", no breaks at all. THEN you look for the one with the broken stem.

For gidjit ( the coin you have with die crack at leaves 4 and14 . ) it shows the 3 dots under the R of gratia same as my 3 coins who have it as well as the die cracks on leaves 4 , 10 and 14. I posted a topic today hoping to see more of that die error.

I'll let Bosox, the author of the book, chime in here, as he wrote the bible for the 1858 varieties. It would help if you had good photos of the rest on the Obverse, as '58 had many repunched letters and D/C's to properly ID the actual die and marriage. The "T" in Gratia is a great start, so I'm fairly sure what the Obv ID is, but I'll let him tell you. Vicky's hair looks better than F-12, but it's been heavily cleaned.

Full vine, 16 stem ... great variety! At least VF-30; better photo may be XF. A little earlier die state than what's in the 2011 Charlton from Rob with not as many D/C's. It's his RA3, or about 2% of the '58's.
