I'm former military, and I was relieved to get out so I could post what I wanted to, without worrying about any of it coming back to me... this country is going downhill, the President has WAY too much power. There is a great program I started watching this morning about our countries beginnings, and chronicles each President... George Washington didn't even want to be President (or His Excellency or whatever it was he was called, I forget now which President changed it to Mister President)... Andrew Jackson changed what presidents did. Where our country began to unravel, started with him. But anyways, what I want to say about current situations in this country, what has scared me the most, being in my mid 30's, is seeing how the Boston Marathon bombing was handled. If you have never seen how residents were treated, in their own homes by basically the military, for this skinnny little injured kid, youtube it... that scares the crap out of me, how they were able to get away with it, and people who actually buy in to the whole "they're keeping us protected" approach, naive beyond belief.
There are so many rabbit holes out there that can one feel this way. I remember my friend who was from Boston (but living in Denver at the time) was happy the way it was handled. He was proud to be from Boston. That they would shut down an entire city, patrol around in tanks, and point their riffles at innocent people just to get some kid who they think was involved in the crime.
Continue to use your 1st amendment rights as much as possible. We do not know how much longer we will actually have a shred of free speech left.
There was something about the CIA planning attacks on the US and blaming Cuba, so that the people of the United States would be on board with attacking Cuba "back". That never happened, luckily. But if you actually look at how something like 9/11 was able to be pulled off, and what happened to this country after, who we invaded, kinda interesting how a bunch of Saudi's, who were known and being watch by the FBI were in this country all at the same time, taking these flight lessons in Florida, etc... and crashing 4 planes. Then we go in to Iraq.....? Because someone heard something about WMD's... seriously? Look at the Patriot Act(s). If anyone believes the Government is there to protect them is HUGELY naive, in my opinion. They didn't free the slaves because they cared, they realized how much money could be made off of them, 400k or so were brought over here, and withtin years there were millions who were not considered humans (but are), the government didn't care that they weren't considered not human, they were concerned with the amount that had grown to, and how much money was potentially there.
And if Boston marathon bombing doesn't scare you, nothing will.

The original Mike Maloney video was about how the FDIC regulators are reporting to the banks to tell them who to not do business with, including entire industries.
If gold is a hedge against inflation, like many say, wouldn't that mean it is in direct competition with the dollar. Who controls the dollar? The big banks that run the fed, of course. So there is a great suspicion that gold and silver dealers would be targeted with this program. I was wondering if anyone here has heard this happening or has seen it happen, but I guess the program was ended at the end of January?

That's exactly why I was asking you guys. I am not motivated by fear. I have tricked too many times in my life on that. Once you unplug from tv (and the terrible cable news) you realize that fear is an extremely powerful tool. People use it to sell PMs, wars, insurance, drugs, vaccines, and really anything.
I will not worry about any of this, unless I start seeing my local dealers disappear. I was just curious if any of this was actually happening.

Ship thousands of manufacturing plants to third world countries /exchange $30 to $40 an hour wages with $10 wages/part time jobs and this is what you get, getting worst by the day, the US Dollar could no more increase in value on its own merits then Humpty Dumpty could put himself back together again.What your seeing right now is massive manipulation regardless of what all the CNN lovers try tell you.
