How can someone like that have a 99.6% positive rating? I might bid up to the price of a stamp so he'll lose money and I can leave negative feedback. To top things off, he also calls it "nice looking". I'd hate to see an example of one that's not nice looking.

this one was very very bad. even my wife who wants nothing to do with coins knew it was a hack job.
Looked like someone took a dremel to the first four to turn it into a 1, you could see the scratch marks clear as day.
