I'm impressed with how many coin bezels, complete coin sets & coin related items Walmart.com actually sells!!

I was not surprised that these coin items are only offered in the U.S.A. as the Canadian website for Walmart only has coin wrappers...figures

You would be buying "through" Walmart not Walmart itself. It's something they call market place retailers.

Woah! I'm looking at my Walmart right now online... Although I haven't looked at Walli World for coin supplies, all that I've seen are coin wrappers.

Must be an on line thing only. I have two Walmarts by me and none have even the slightest item for coin collecting.

Just got back from a Walmart. Not one coin or even a hobby item such as stamps. They do have guns though.

Virtually every online retailer is doing this these days.

Yes, and it has become rather annoying. One has to take extra steps to eliminate those results from the search.

As stated above "You would be buying "through" Walmart not Walmart itself"

Sears website does it. The Best Buy website (are they even still in business?) did it.

However I did buy both of my Cherrypickers books from their website and picked them up in store a few days later to save on shipping.

It's stupid that companies like this would ruin perfectly good coins to make insanely overpriced jewelry so they can sell it to unsuspecting consumers who think every coin more than 40 years old is worth a fortune. I hate seeing coins, or anything old, damaged like this.

It's as bad or worse than people cleaning valuable coins to make them 'more appealing'. I don't want the great art of numismatics associated with cheepo Walmart.

Yes, they are. I still buy stuff from them, especially since they will match New Egg prices. Saves me a couple of days when I can go get stuff at lunch.
