I can say, I've seen this before (or so it seems). It might be on a OIV my wife found but I never shot?

Teachmind, look at the overlay, the dot over the I in liberty is not even close to the tree. The dot in the tree is on all the oiv's.
Slamnbass, the mark under the lowest branch of the smaller tree is incuse. I think it is a nick. The raised area under the second highest branch on the left of the same tree, has md to it's left. I agree it is a DDR. Koinpro, if you've seen it before, more than likely it is listed. Your pics helped me tremendously understanding how these quarters can be DDR's. I didn't understand the doubling could manifest itself so far from the source- unlike that of letters and numbers. Thank you all. Stay tuned to this post, in a few minutes I'm going to post another oiv DDR and an unlisted 2009 LMC DDR.

This one is under the third branch on the left.

This one is at the tip of the lowest branch on the right.

Teachmind, your posts ARE read very carefully but sometimes, even after reading one a few times, it can still be kind of hard to understand exactly what it is you're getting at.

Teach, I personally don't think you make fun. I think you just get a huge adrenaline rush over the most mundane thing and don't know how to express yourself well mixed with a touch of know-it-all and a slight language barrier. Just breathe and remember that if everyone is telling you NO then that's your answer. Don't argue your very novice thought with experts who have been doing this for decades and have seen almost EVERYTHING. Just say thanks and move on.
