My desk is pretty cluttered too. The most interesting thing on it right now is an 1826 N-6 large cent which I haven't locked away in my safe yet. It's one of those coins that I just keep pulling out and looking at.

I wish I could play this game, but I can't post a picture of my desk because I work out of my home office and wouldn't want my employer seeing my desk........

Since this thread really hasn't taken off like I would have liked too. I will add my setup. Room is kind of small,so I took my sliding glass doors off and threw a desk in between the door jam and now I have this setup. Don't mind the mess this was while I was setting up my new digs. I can improve on it,but for now it is a actually pretty nice setup with everything within arms reach of me.

"clutterbuddies" I love that! So jdiablo, where'd you get that light box? how much did it cost and, does it work? I'm desperately trying to figure out a camera/lens/lighting set up so's to get some coins up for sale! Do you sell on ebay? and if so, can you post me a link to one of your auctions? I would like to see "how" some of you sellers do your pix!

Diablo, I'm not a hockey fan but every time I see their logo I think about that Seinfeld episode where putty had his face painted red for a devils game and a car almost runs him over and he looks at them and says all scarry like "we are the devils" or something like that. I'm running off of memory from 1997 though so details could be askewed

Ryne gold, go on ebay and buy an 8×11 sheet of "18% grey" card stock for $10. It works WONDERS. Check my posts to see what I mean if you don't have one yet. Well worth the $.

It is not so much my desk as it is 3 or 4 different places around the house with coins on them. Nothing near as fancy as some of you guys though mostly some pennies, half dollars, and some buffalos. :P

I had a boss, who was a specialist hydraulic engineer, in the construction industry. His office was complete shambles, with design folders and files stacked in very large, messy piles. At least, HE knew where they all were! He had a wooden plaque over the entrance to his office:
"A tidy office is a sure sign of a deranged mind".

I'm really glad I'm not the only messy one. No matter what I do I can not keep mine clean for more then a few days. The worst part of this is that my desk is not my main area to play with coins. I have two tv tray tables that are full of things that I am currently looking through. The most interesting this on my desk is my 1947 S quarter that I can't get the toning right in my pictures. Trust me its awesome.

These are some of the best looking desks I've ever seen!
Lights, cameras, piles of coins. What more could anyone want?
