I agree with Fuzzy, this appears to be just scratches that were acquired post mint.

I have others the same but not so strong and there is another way of knowing ill get pictures oh yeah if you have a quarter check it I am pretty sure you have some

There are no lines like that on the reverse. How could they be clashes? It's as if you didn't even look on the other side of the coin to see what could clash.
