If your inclusion criteria is that Canada's flag must be visible on the coin vs. be the primary subject of the coin, then you'll also have to consider:

- 2008 Silver $50 and gold $500 coins for centennial of RCM; the Canadian flag is seen flying atop the Ottawa Mint building

- 2011 Silver $10 Highway of Heroes coin: flags are seen draped from the bridge over the highway

- 2014 silver $20 Canadian Space Agency coin; the flag is seen on the arm as part of "Canada" logo

- 2015 Exploring Canada series, Space Exploration coin: the flag is seen on the arm as part of "Canada" logo

Book value only $400.00.

Some of 2015 FIFA coins also have Canada Flag.

I think, more proper to have more narrow set, like 40-th and 50-th Anniversary and skip sports related and O Canada quarters, cause not the flag is main idea there.

TheCcoinHunter - the $3 Flag coin was 1/4 ounce so it would take 6 of those to add up to the 1.5 ounces.
6 x $30 = $180.00 per 1.5 ounces. No deal there, but I like the design of the 1/4 ounce Flag coin.
This rectangle at $159.95 per 1.5 ounces is a better deal than the Flag on a cost per gram basis.
However, neither is a great deal as the price of silver is around $20 per ounce, but we pay extra
for the overhead, the design, the mint having a monopoly in Canada is all part of the mark up.

Since when does anyone buy NCLT coinage for bullion investment? The value performance of silver content vs price is irrelevant here. The average buyer of NCLT products is not a bullion investor. That's what bullion coinage is for a la Maple Leaf. Lastly, The reason why a 29.99 coin will outsell a 159.99 coin is the price point. I can't get enough 3$ flag coins from my mint suppliers but I'll be lucky to sell one or two 159.99 flag coins. Bottom line, $20-$30 price range is a reasonable gift/memento price range that's not to hard on the pocket book. Most people think twice before they spend over $150. Anything else is irrelevant.

Will you be ready to pay for it CDN 100 (which is way below the issue) later?

Only if you put a note to "watch" for this coin.
Otherwise - you will forget about it.

Let's assume, that after 6 month this coin will be listed / auctioned for CDN 100 on ebay, while dealers still will try to sell it for issue,
so if you continuously will follow this coin - yes, you will decide to buy it.
In case, if yo just say "Will buy..but later...when will be priced 100" - you will not buy it, you'll forget about it due to the new and more attractive coins for more "comfortable" price.

Getting back to the Coloured Rectangular Coin, the Mint's web site states shipping starts on 01-09-2015. I ordered one thinking I'd have plenty of time to cancel. It arrived yesterday. I'd bet the 09 should have been 06 for the month shipping starts. Nice coin. The red enamel really looks nice. Although the shape is kind of different for a coin.

That's probably it's uniqueness...being round, it would be 3-rd or 4-th "Flag" coin.

@Arianzo:
No, that's the whole point: if you do not like it for 150 now, you will not chase for discounts later.
Half a price - maybe. But 100, or even 89.95 - this could be the price of some nice limited mintage, traditional 1oz Proof coin.
