Try it out with a magnet and see if it sticks. If it does, then you've probably got something valuable.

The rim looks funny on obverse like a Dryer Coin. Also weigh it and let us know the weight

I have no idea what the terms "elder address" or "meant letter" mean, and for the life of me I cannot make the obverse image appear.

I'm assuming "meant letter" is supposed to be mint mark. Dunno about elder address.

Encased, probably part of a pendant or something, also plated. This is not a collector coin, just a novelty.

A 1951 Lincoln Cent with no mint mark is Philadelphia. Back then Philly did not use a mint mark, so that's ok.

Coins like this were popular in the 1950's used for jewelery.

Might be a very rare all Platinum Cent.
Or a pure Silver one made for people to find in change.
But most likely just a plated coin made in a chem lab for fun. Keep on looking. Might start a new hobby.

Just a shot in the dark here, but back in the 50's we kids would rub pennies with mercury from a broken thermometer to make them look like dimes. Any chance the silver tint is left over mercury?
