Nice surfaces. Solid coin. Might want to repost the photos oriented upward.

Nice coin in a very nice condition, but where is the clip?
Seems to be very lightly clipped if at all?

You can see the clip by the way the top flange of the silicobe insert curles around it

Oh yeah, there is also some light clashing on the obverse that isn't listed on the slab, the seller had a sticker on the slab stating it and I agree.

The pics are sideways on my phone, fine on my computer, so nevermind!

Your Half Cent is the Cohen-1 variety, far ST in STATES. Die clashing on these is common for this series in general and almost always present for this specific year and variety. There are two die states noted in the Manley reference for Cohen-1, both exhibit die clashing on the obverse. I cant tell from your pictures which die state this is for certain but I'm leaning towards die state 1.0. Die state 2.0 has epic clash marks that I should be able to make out from the photos you do have posted.

This is a nice example with the kind of surfaces you want in early copper!

I wonder why they don't rotate the coin so you can see the clip clearly. Still a really nice worthy coin.
