63 too much chatter on cheek on obverse otherwise would be probably 64

I'd go 62 on this one with an outside shot at 63...

I'm not well versed in the Morgan, but the reverse looks pretty stellar (64-65). Obverse looks 62 to me. Overall 63 sounds fair.

I personally could not pay 64 money for a coin with that many bag marks.
