To me, the luster looks pretty good, just my opinion. I'd say 63.

Using this coin as the example how can one tell, in general, if the absence of well defined breast feathers is the result of wear or a weak strike? I have always had issues with IDing this condition correctly.
If this is a weak strike, the grade is 63.

Looks MS62 to me... Too flat on chest feathers and center of obverse, and bag marks hold it back from 63

Great eye-appeal. Assuming good luster, have seen worse in 64 slabs. Cannot be less than 63.
