Too much gone for VF in my eye. F-15 at best, maybe only F-12.

F15 looks like 1 or 2 letters are weak, if they were strong then it would be easily VF+

Peacece13, the reverse is higher than a VG-10 though.

You kind of have to net it out to a F-12.
