Not a 67, not a 64 either. I would go in the middle of around 65-66 depending on how it looks in hand. I can see what looks to be hard water spots on the obverse between the B and E which may suggest light cleaning. It looks to be a late die state which I can see why COINFROG would suggest the 64. However that guess of 64, would be closer then the 67+ lol.
In any matter, Beautiful coin. Nice score!

Right now it will be residing in my type set....could have submitted to anacs today with my other submission, but to be honest I didn't even look at the coin that closely saw the color and the luster and for $10 it was mine

Well done for ten bucks.
By the way, is Hamilton still on the ten? I don't use cash anymore.
I heard some rumors about replacing him with Annie Oakley - can that be right?

Right, just kidding.
As I understand it, seriously, once the Treasury Secretary has made a selection, there will be two different $10s issued, one with Hamilton and the other with his choice of a woman. We will have two different tens.

The toning is super nice and raises its eye appeal but due to the weak strike reverse I think it would keep it out of 66 territory. I'm with the 65's

MS64 due to the neck. Minor marks really have an outsized effect on grade on such small coins.
Luster and overall eye appeal could easily bump it to MS65 though.

Minor scuff marks on the obverse, would grade MS-64 all day long, with MS-66 appearance. It also may have a quick dipped once and toned back that way, I noticed the hazy spots on the reverse. Too common for TPG without the center band.

I'd give it a shot at ms65+ .. Fantastic color... Only if that back !middle band was split! Much better then the majority of them out anyway.
