Using the Red Book you can check the amount of mintage for each year.
Then with this information you can save or flip.
40's through 50's are easy finds.
20's through 30's are nice.
It would be an awesome find 1909 through 1919.
Not sure if I'm using the correct, "thru" spelling?

A quick look: 1941, 1944, 1945, 1946, 1956D, and 1957D are leading the way. Maybe 1956D is on top.

Mr. C - it's the 1959D and not the 1959 wheatback you should have been looking for. I hate to think how many of those slippery fellas got through your fingers as a result.
