We cannot tell luster from this pic, but it's a 58 based on wear I think.

Aside from the grade - AU-58 slight nick on the rim above 'God'? - the 9s look interesting.

There are Brown Unc's, why can't there be Brown AU-58's?

I am in agreement with IndianGoldEagle, it is so close to Unc and I have to say AU58 even though the specs say there has to be luster for that grade, but how then do you get a brown Unc? Answer = No wear, so why not an AU with so little wear it is barely detectable; it should be an AU50 because of no luster? Whatever the grade, I would be proud to own that coin.
