It looks MS63 because of the bag marks, but is most likely graded higher if the photos are making it look worse.

PCGS and CAC MS65. (Edit: I typo'ed last night, the grade is MS65. CAC green bean. I had MS64 on the brain after posting my 1899-O MS64.)

When you get this coin in hand, can you post a follow up photo. Based on the seller photo/scan, I am surprised that CAC would bean the coin at MS64.
