How? look at the chatter on the arm, and the marks on the obverse fields by the date!

It's just what I think.. I have seen a few spots and a 66 grade... The luster I feel will weigh in, along with a clean rev.

The second and last pics tell the story, lots of luster, nice fields. It might have gone 67 if the obverse strike was a little better. See the "scratchiness" on the shoulder, cheek, jaw and hair above the ear? Die didn't quite fill but it was close, as the scratchy areas aren't that bad. If those filled a bit better and the right obverse marks weren't there, 67 IMO.
