Just here this is the bullion, and seller has the "last Canadian penny coins in the world" (2012), plated silver and colored as province flags. |

As these other mentioned sets proves the point, some collectors are mislead into believing they are official low mintage RCM products. |

The USA has had third party colouring on quarters for a long time .Hockey, State Quarters, etc. I dont think it should be ilegal, just the amount they pump out with nothing to stand buy in terms of mintages. Like the burning maple leaf. They made 500 in 2015. Now they are making another 500 but using a coin with a different year So every year they will make 500. Also the gilt 25th anniversary coin .First company made 525 they were hot Now they are everywhere because people copied the gilt |

If I weren't aware about bullion coin, and the price factor, but as per design and enhancement would grab thos one: 2015 Wolf Gold Black Empire Edition 1 oz Silver $2 Coin Elegant look and of cause, the mintage is only 500 ebay ID = 191726891894 |

Since the RCM doesn't seem to care about third party colouring, someone with air brush talent could make a killing on these types of enhancements. Although this coin looks nice it's a 30.00 coin with 70.00 paint and box, also a worthless coa. |
