Question, Why is this in a blue label holder? They stopped using the blue labels except for reholdering of older ANACS slabs in late 2008.

Jack - There's actually 4 on there, however I'm sure the 4th one doesn't affect the rim, but it's the start of one!

Great Buy! Sometimes its good to buy from dealers for that reason. They arent attached to it personally, they are trying to move coins, and if they give you a coin for a few bucks cheaper than they had it listed, you will likely come back. Great pickup though.
