Ok, personally, I'd say at least AU 58. The fact that it doesn't have luster doesn't mean jack, because it's toned. Coins with this kind of toning can be 65 or even above. The contact marks and wear are very minimal.

Bag marks on the nose will not keep it from being AU.

Good spot on that nose bag mark, see below better close up photos, do you guys think it is very likely to cause the grade to drop to XF ?
