Wow! Way to go Joe! Great contest Moe!
I went by Morse code on at least 4 different websites and said to myself, "ain't no way it's Morse code!" Boy was I ever wrong.
Fun, brain fryer Moe. I'd do these without a prize.

I was actually considering it was morse code for a while, but I was too focused on indiviual letters. Congrats Joseph!

I think it was very clever that the OP made the letter frequencies in the code very close to those in English. That definitely threw me off into thinking that the code is plaintext.
