I'll change to a MS-64 on it for some scattered marks, but it has the luster of a higher grade

Beautiful reverse, but obverse holds it back. I'll say 63, shot 64 with that luster.

this is from US Coin Grading over to the left...looks like this fits pretty well...

Thanks everyone. I think it's worth an NGC gamble. I'd be happy with 64 and thrilled with 65 since I bought it for $28.

MS63 at most, very baggy and lots of nicks, with a big hit above the date; above average strike and luster.
