Looks like something interesting is going on but I can't tell what.

We may need an even better close-up.

The 5 in 2015 looks to be doubled or something of error and I need opinions and the next step to getting it certified.

I hope it's a dropped letter. We NEED better images. Try holding a magnifying glass in front of the camera.
Is the "double" raised or incluse?

Cut the picture to show only the 5 area. It does look like you might have hit a winner.

I can't see anything specific - too blurry yet.

Coinguy - if you are using your cellphone camera, try doing this. Set the specimen on a flat, dark backdrop. Steady the phone using a solid object of some mass that is approximately at the optimal focal length of the camera. Rest the phone on that when you take the picture. It should reduce the blurriness. Send the photo to your laptop to use the photo editing tools. You can clean up pictures using the contrast and brightness adjustments. Lighting is important as you might guess. Try to keep it even. And don't forget to browse the forum on photography. Tons of great advice there.

Yea, need a better picture still. The rim and "ber" in "liberty" is affected by damage so I suspect the area near the 5 may very well be too. I don't see a dropped letter anymore with the latest pic

Note the damage on the rim next to that area. It might be part of the missing metal from the edge, moved and now fastened to the date area?

Not an error, the last picture shows damage on the rim, date and LIBERTY.
