Just curious, what might the low/high value on such a coin possibly be? Auction?
Not saying that OP would ever sell - talk about a needle in a haystack.

I'm an advocate of buy the coin not the holder, as I'm sure all of you are. That said this may not be the prettiest coin, but it is extremely rare. Conjecture has it that there may be less then 30 in existence. I was offered $18.8 at Long Beach...before you ask I will not dilvulge that info since we are veering off topic.

Congrats on your find! There certainly still are rair coins out there to be found roll hunting. I know at least one user here has found a 1992 CAM cent, an example of which sold for over $24,000 in 2012. I myself found a near solid box of silver half dollars which I posted pictures of here several years ago. If one looks long enough, your bound to find something eventually!

Mightyheaths thank you so much for making this post, I have read it several times, with a lot of enjoyment. I also showed to several people at a LCS. It really is a amazing find, and gives many of us hope of making a good find.  to the CCF site .... Maybe someday you will share some pictures of more coins from your collection. |

Hey nice work!! So I have found the rare Close AM variety for a 1992p lincoln where they are completely touching!! Any recommendations on who I should have grade this amazing find? And where will be my best bang for my buck? Thanks guys R |
